Singletrack Nirvana

Mark upgraded to Semi-Pro this year and has been racing for team Visenka. Race training included
a two-day ride from Redding to San Francisco along the coast (crazy talk!) and a lot of rainy day rides in Whiskeytown.

2008 Race Schedule

• April 5 Boggs Mtn III 8-hour race 5th(?) 2-person team

• April 13 Napa Valley Dirt Classic 10th combined Pro/Semi-Pro

• April 18 Sea Otter Classic DNF

• April 26 Lemurian 17th overall

~ Mark was in 1st place for over half the race until the dreaded mechanical.
A fantastic finish nonetheless! ~

• May 3 Spring Thaw 1st Semi-Pro/7th overall

• May 4 Table Rock Road Race 2nd cat 4/5

• May 10 Tour of the Unknown Coast 6th overall

• June 15 Colorado State University Criterium Series

• June 28 Deer Valley Nationals 9th Semi-Pro

**Deer Valley was fun! Mark rolled off a couple weeks of camping and brewery hopping and smoked in the mountains! He was amazing!












Next year the motto will be ~No Mechanicals!~
